Adopt-A-Village
Metro Atlanta Neurosurgery Foundation
Adopt-A-Village, sponsored by Metro Atlanta
Neurosurgery Foundation is headquartered in
Atlanta, Georgia.  Prampram, a village in Ghana,
West Africa is the model and the Ghanaian base
for the program.
The Adopt-A-Village program will assist
Prampram in developing a new heath center.  
The current health care facility has not been
improved in 36 years.

At this time, there is no doctor in the village.
Care is provided by nurses, midwives and a
pharmacist.  The center routinely services more
than 100 people per day, with limited supplies
resources and antiquated equipment.
With your assistance, we will help to establish
an independent, freestanding primary care health
center operated and sustained by local villagers.
